Jasmine is a specialist in unconscious bias, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
Jasmine is a social anthropologist, and brings this specialist knowledge to her work in the corporate world. While the training she provides is always engaging and interactive, it is also thoroughly underpinned by research and theory. The programmes she runs are developed through working with senior leadership and HR teams, and then rolled out across businesses. Most recently, she has run programmes and training on unconscious bias for a wide range of organisations, including the CIPD, Nomad Foods, Dimensions, BP and Standard Life.
Jasmine has lived in London since 2008, and has worked extensively all around the UK. Before moving to London, she was a professor at the State University of New York, teaching cross cultural studies for international business majors.
She is the author of Employee Engagement: a little book of big ideas.
