With more than 15 years experience in the field of end to end talent management, Trish Driver brings a wealth of experience in delivering culture change through people practices to the Culture Consultancy team.
A Diversity & Inclusion Strategist and qualified coach, Trish has worked with a range of organisations including IBM, Deloitte, Heineken, Deutsche Bank and Capgemini. Her work has included designing and delivering inclusion workshops, running a “Refugee Internship” programme, and working with organisations to deliver both young talent and work returner programmes. She has also been invited to speak at the prestigious Mental Wealth Festival in London on the topic of inclusion in the workplace.
Trish’s collaborative style has won praise for the way in which it enables her to work in true partnership with clients in order to create impactful outcomes for their business. However she is not afraid to challenge convention, particularly if it enables organisations to create genuinely inclusive working environments which enable individuals to bring their real selves to work every day.
