About the presenter:

Natalie Saunders is a Consultant at Culture Consultancy. She has been an HR Director in a large, complex organisation and understands the opportunities, and challenges, that come with the role. She’s worked with employers ranging from scaling start-up to global household names, in sectors including financial services, professional services, higher education, food and drink and manufacturing.

Natalie started her career as an employment lawyer and finds that her legal background still comes in very useful following her move into HR some years ago. She’s also founded her own business (twice) and truly identifies with the highs and lows, and demands and pressures, that come with founding and growing a business.
