Business Culture Awards: A clean sweep for Culture Consultancy and Mortgage Advice Bureau

Winners of Business Culture Consultancy of The Year, Best Business Transformation Initiative, Best Medium Organisation, and Best Overall. 

We’re over the moon to have won Business Culture Consultancy of The Year and Best Business Transformation Initiative at The Business Culture Awards 2022, for our work with Mortgage Advice Bureau.   

And that’s not all – Mortgage Advice Bureau took ‘Highly Commended’ for the Business Culture Leadership Award with their Head of People and Culture, Claire Smith and won Best Medium Organisation for Business Culture and was crowned Best Overall, out of all 26 categories.  

The Business Culture Awards celebrate the crème de la crème of company culture – recognising the brilliant work done by individuals, teams, companies and consultancies who create cultures that have a big positive impact on both employees and business.  

For us, these awards celebrate the power of partnerships. We’ve been working with Mortgage Advice Bureau over the last year to transform their culture after a period of rapid growth, and a shift to hybrid working. They wanted their culture to help them innovate, disrupt the market, improve employee experience, and delight customers. We helped them do just that through deep insight to understand the inhibitors and enablers of their culture, followed by a design of their new culture now lovingly called MABology, and then launch and embedding of MABology into the business to create sustainable and long-lasting change.  

The judges noted “the results of the programme of change speak for themselves.  Incredible passion and clarity of whom to involve, how to create a movement and wonderful follow through. Exceptional case study for many to learn from. Well done!” And Mortgage Advice Bureau was applauded for “the most innovative, comprehensive & people-focused approach to successfully advance their culture”.   

This is the first time we’ve been Business Culture Consultancy of the year, and it’s a testament to our incredible team of specialists who are on top of their game when it comes to transforming company cultures over the last 12 years.
