It will also help those in the start-up sector that are in the process of scaling up whilst maintaining the culture that helped them to thrive in the first place
What does it cover?
This course explores the importance of designing a vision which will drive strategic development whilst seeking to develop understanding of the way in which the vision translates into values and competencies. Along the way it explores:
- the way in which changing organisational structure or reporting lines can impact the business
- how change affects productivity
- change and employee engagement.
Why focus on designing your future culture?
Culture change shouldn’t happen by accident. Being in a position of organisational leadership means being responsible for how well the company’s mission, vision, and values are implemented. You can be the change agent your company needs, and help deliver a bespoke culture that continuously aligns employees with the internal culture as the company continues to grow and change.
This is one of the core culture change modules which build on the change expertise of the Culture Consultancy team. This course can be taken as a stand-alone module or combined with other culture change modules including:
- Embedding culture change
- Engaging your people in Culture Change
- Assessing your current culture
- Leading Culture Change
Depending on the nature of their role, attendees may also wish to explore other concepts offered by The Culture Consultancy School including leadership, and Building a Culture of Innovation
